I have a question regarding a client I’m working for who wishes to be more independent from their 2 main dealers who account for almost 80% of their sales.
The 2 dealers are big players in the market (clothing/fashion) and my client wants to drive more sales on their own platform. The challenge is that they are difficult to compete with (big players), and will most likely bid them and other dealers up.
They are considering whether or not to stop them from advertising their brand – but are unsure of how they will react to this.
Does anyone else have experiences with similar challenges or cases?
