As per the title, I have a campaign running targetted in the UK, targeting a small number of keywords. It is a video campaign.
Under where ads showed, over 50% of the domains are non-UK domains (Russian, Polish, etc) and as you can guess are mostly garbage websites that have kids games on and spam. (Funnily enough, my keywords are b2b too)
My argument is that the ad placements I received are not reflective of the targeting options I selected.
Now, I have added manual placements so it won’t happen going forward – but I think this is wrong and on principle, I think they should refund this. I don’t really care about the cost, but I don’t think they should be allowed to get away with this. It may not affect me but they are screwing over smaller advertisers.
