Wondering if you could offer some advice on the correct Google Ads bid model setup for an ex-sporting icon’s shopify merchandise store? working part of an agency where I tackle eCommerce site front-end dev and I would like to source opinions as I build my knowledge in this area, so I can offer ppc to my personal clients on a smaller scale.
The commercial objective is conversion, as the icon is quite well known globally, so traffic won’t be an issue. I would assume “Maximise Conversions” would be the optimal bid model from the outset or perhaps “Target CPA”, but I’m not quite sure. It’s a new Shopify store with no prior Google ads advertising.
