Hello, I am looking to start a company around mental health. I plan to make content on tiktok and Instagram around various mental health topics so people can live a healthier life. I myself struggle with self-esteem, depression, anxiety and adhd and I want to share what I have learned to potentially help others

I would eventually like to turn this into some kind of a daily newsletter but probably weekly at first. Would love to hear some of your ideas I am very much stuck
