Hello!

I have a CRM question for a womenswear retail business. Having only worked in E-commerce I assume CRM in store is different?

We currently do not have a formalised CRM system or process to log, maintain or leverage customer data from. What processes in the short and long term would you implement to capture customer data? How would you track success of implementation?
