Hi all, Quick question. Do appointments automatically close from statuscode of schedule to completed after the scheduled end date? Been doing some tests with creating appointments either in Outlook and tracking it back or in Dynamics and sending it out. Seems to sit in Scheduled forever. But when I do a query on appointments tracked it seems most of the older ones are completed. I don’t think any of my users are going back into the CRM and closing the appointments. If it doesn’t auto close then why is there a actual start and actual end field on the appointment entity.
