We have started to put a bunch of standard sales documents in the Sales Literature Entity and it seems to work OK. Except for one big thing: none of the documents or attachments show up in General Search. And, even when the search is configured to look in this entity, the documents are still not searched. Upon further checking, our resident Dynamics expert has discovered that the Sales Literature entity is completely locked and unavailable for searching. So, my question is: what is a recommended solution for us to store our standard sales documents in Dynamics? Things like NDA forms, sales agreements, ROI calculator spreadsheets, brochures, policies, procedures, etc.? And have these documents show up when searched for in the General Search. Thanks
