Hi all, Quick question. A few users in our CRM noticed that emails in a queue we’ve setup have started syncing older emails from like 2021 into cases within the CRM. I understand there’s a field on mailbox called Process Email From which determines from which date emails should be synced on so that it doesn’t start syncing older emails. The thing is someone within the organization has access to the queue inbox via Outlook. If they use the category called Tracked To Dynamics 365 will it update the Process Email From field on the mailbox to the old email’s received date? That’s the only thing I can think of that would cause inbox queues to all of a sudden start tracking older emails again..
