I’ve been tasked with defining the voice and tone as part of our rebranding. Normally I would design one brand voice, and then tones based on that for different scenarios. But I get the feeling management want a different voice for each product line.
Each product line is not strong enough to be a standalone brand. So I still feel there should be one brand voice based on the mission and brand attributes. And then I can maybe tweak it slightly for each product line and call that tone.
Any ideas or advice?
