My boss asked me to find software or an app to easily track who we call about a product, log call info, record details and to be able to print this info easily to track/ share with the client (this printing and sharing issue is the main ask here folks) Not looking for anything too fancy (Excel is too basic though). We are a small business. I just started two and a half weeks ago so I’m not sure how many clients we have (I’m just an admin assistant so….I haven’t thought the need to ask) but I’d guess around 1,000 for this particular product we sell. I have very very basic computer knowledge. Options in the cheaper side or free is probably preferred. I was not given specifications or a budget.
