I am starting a small business and the very first time I created a campaign, it was suspended immediately for suspicious payment activity. There is nothing wrong with the card I used I am certain of that- I have done some preliminary searching and none of the obvious reasons for this type of suspension apply to me (outdated card, delinquent balance, etc.).

I appealed and got nothing more than a bot response reiterating that I am suspended for suspicious payment activity- not one detail or piece of info in the appeal response. The fact they won’t even say what caused the suspension is hilarious.

I’m so concerned about this- should I pay someone to resolve this? It appears there are companies set up to deal with this but it wouldn’t surprise me if they are predatory.

Any wisdom or insight would be much appreciated.
