Hi,

we are currently switching over to Office 365 and are contemplating a CRM system, Dynamics 365 CRM was the obvious choice. We will also be using Teams if that is of relevance.

We pretty much don’t need anything special all e-Mails linked to contacts company wide, sales-funnel management and a few reports, that’s it.

What is important is easy implementation and easy use.

Is Dynamics 365 CRM suitable for such a small size, or would we be better of looking at other solutions like Zoho / eWay?
