For Valentine’s day this year, we wanted to give our audience a fresh look on the occasion. Instead of rekindling love only one day throughout the whole year, we reminded our audience to stay in love even in situations where we want to be selfish. Instead of Cupid, it was Samsung’s home appliances who came to the rescue to keep love alive.

With a triple video series, we replicated three occasions where it might be the toughest to put your partner first; Letting go of the remote control, sharing the last pizza slice in the fridge and sharing your fries. Samsung products were cast in the videos as the third person saving the situation by reminding the couples to share.

Freezing time;
The campaign team decided on bullet-time videos to playfully portray familiar couple scenarios, a visual effect detaching the time and space of the camera, creating a ‘frozen time’ impression.
