I am working with a college that has started using Slate as a CRM.
We have been embedding forms on the website and the admissions team (the users of slate) keep reporting issues that cause the pages with the forms to hang when loading. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this?
My theory is that those using Slate administratively encounter caching issues when trying to load the web pages because they have cached form elements that are conflicting with those on the web page.
I don’t believe slate is used much outside higher ed so I haven’t encountered it before and I don’t have access to the schools version so I can’t test it. Just wondering if anyone else here might have seen this. – Thanks
