I had one ad account. i ran an ad and didn’t get many hits so i switched it to “smart”, after trying it out i didn’t like it. I started a account under In Feb 2022 under the same email because i couldnt switch it back from “smart” . After that my account was suspended. I believe that I am not in violation of Googles terms and services. I have very carefully reviewed my account and find nothing wrong. I have my primary and back up payment methods on both accounts under the same email and that was intentional. I do not know what to do. This has been ongoing for 4 months.
