I am getting barely any impressions on a campaign that was started yesterday. I run a non-profit for a rare disease, so it’s extremely targeted. There are “regular” members of the population who share some of the symptoms with the condition so I was trying to use the symptoms as my keywords in addition to the name of the condition itself. I’m getting 5 impressions and 2 clicks over the past 20 hours that it’s been running. I originally thought the more keywords the better but should I be limiting how many I use per campaign?
