Motorola has officially confirmed that the Signature 27 will launch in the United States on November 5. The announcement marks a significant shift for the company, as the original Signature model was never released to American consumers. This successor aims to compete directly with the Samsung Galaxy Ultra and Google Pixel Pro series.
Motorola Signature 27 Hardware Specifications
The device is built around Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor. To manage heat, Motorola has integrated its ArcticMesh cooling system. Benchmark data from Geekbench shows the phone achieving 3,313 points in single-core tests and 11,088 points in multi-core tests. The listing also confirms the device runs Android 17 and includes 12GB of RAM.
Photography capabilities are a central focus of the new phone. It features a 50MP Sony LYTIA 910 main sensor and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. The audio system has been tuned by Bang & Olufsen to enhance the overall user experience.
Motorola Signature 27 Price and Availability
While Motorola has not officially announced the US price, a recent leak from a European retailer suggests a cost of €1,594.90. This translates to approximately $1,773. The November 5 launch event is expected to provide clarity on both the final price and immediate availability for American buyers.
The company has already opened a dedicated landing page for the device in the US. The page features a promotional video that highlights the phone’s distinctive camera island and premium finishes. Motorola describes the Signature 27 as its most advanced smartphone to date.
The launch date was teased on X, where the company emphasized the phone’s ergonomic design. Motorola is betting that the combination of high-end hardware and premium build quality will convince US consumers to switch from their current flagship devices.
