Federal Indictment Connects OTF Members to Murder-for-Hire Plot
The U.S. District Court in California recently unsealed an indictment charging five men connected to OTF with conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire. Among the accused, Grant allegedly flew to Los Angeles from Miami on a private jet to oversee the operation. Once there, he arranged for weapons and other essential tools, including a modified automatic firearm, to be delivered to the co-conspirators. Surveillance footage captured the vehicles following Quando Rondo’s Cadillac Escalade through multiple locations around Los Angeles before the shooting at a gas station.
