Taiwanese technology company imCore Corp. launched Core Studio, an AI filmmaking platform designed to manage the entire production pipeline, at the Taiwan Creative Content Fest (TCCF) in Taipei on Saturday. The platform covers stages from script development and storyboarding to image generation, editing, and color grading.
Built by a team with backgrounds in animation and visual effects, Core Studio operates on an in-house image-generation model while also supporting external generative AI tools. The system follows standard filmmaking workflows, allowing creators to handle multiple production stages within a single interface rather than switching between disparate software applications.
24 Specialized Agents for Production
The platform’s primary feature is a suite of more than 24 specialized AI agents that function as a virtual production crew. These agents handle tasks including story development, asset generation, visual effects, editing, and color grading. imCore positions these tools as a method to reduce the technical barriers associated with AI-assisted filmmaking.
For pre-production, the platform includes a tool called Story Atlas. This feature breaks down imported scripts into individual scenes, shots, and storyboards. It also establishes character designs, costumes, props, and voice profiles to ensure consistency across different sequences.
Every output generated by the AI includes a detailed record of the models, prompts, parameters, costs, and human review results used in its creation. Production teams can use this data to track creative decisions and monitor budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Post-Production and Collaboration Tools
Core Studio also features Real Engine, a combination of three image-processing tools: Real Video, Real HDR, and Real Revive. These tools are designed to sharpen image details, increase color depth from 8-bit to 16-bit, and correct blown-out highlights in AI-generated footage.

To support remote teams, the platform provides a cloud workspace with real-time communication, version control, and access management. This infrastructure allows creators in different countries to collaborate on the same project simultaneously.
Four creators of AI-assisted projects presented their work during the launch event. Jerry Zhou, creator of the project God Being, highlighted the platform’s editing capabilities. He noted that agents on the editing page can separate sound effects and dialogue from AI-generated footage, allowing for detailed adjustments.
“This gives me more flexibility and creative space, allowing me to work more comfortably as a creator,” Zhou said.
Charles Lee, founder and CEO of imCore Corp. and founder of TWR Entertainment, stated that the platform was developed to meet the needs of frontline film professionals. He emphasized that professional creators require comprehensive solutions that integrate into their existing workflows rather than just image-generation tools.
Guests at the launch included Erica Wang, CEO of the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), which organizes TCCF. Representatives from the Taipei Film Commission and imCore’s strategic partners, including filmmakers and AI industry professionals, also attended the event.
