Xiaomi has officially expanded the availability of its latest fitness tracker, the Xiaomi Smart Band 11, to the European market. The device, which first appeared in China earlier this month, was initially limited to South Korea and Hong Kong for international releases. It is now accessible to consumers across Europe through the official Xiaomi website.
Xiaomi Smart Band 11 Pricing and Variants
Buyers in Europe can choose between two distinct configurations for the new tracker. The standard model, which lacks near-field communication capabilities, is priced at €59.99, which equates to approximately $67. For those requiring contactless payment functionality, the NFC-equipped variant is available for €79.99, or roughly $89.
While Xiaomi’s Spanish website previously hinted at a ceramic-cased version of the device, this specific model is not currently listed for purchase on the global product page. The available options are limited to three colorways for the metal-cased version. It remains unclear if the ceramic edition will be released later or if it was exclusive to the initial Chinese launch.
Design and Display Upgrades
The physical design of the Xiaomi Smart Band 11 retains the oblong aesthetic established by its predecessor, the Smart Band 10. The device features a 1.72-inch display with a resolution of 212 by 520 pixels. A key improvement in this generation is the screen brightness, which has been increased to 2,000 nits to enhance visibility in direct sunlight.
The tracker is also slightly more compact than previous iterations. It measures 9.99mm in thickness and weighs 15.58 grams without the strap attached. These minor adjustments contribute to a lighter feel on the wrist while maintaining the familiar form factor that users have come to expect from the series.
Software and Health Features
Under the hood, the device runs on HyperOS 4, Xiaomi’s latest operating system for wearables. The update brings improved sensor algorithms designed to deliver more accurate heart rate and blood oxygen (SpO2) measurements. The band is also rated for water resistance up to 5 ATM, allowing it to withstand depths of roughly 50 meters.
Compatibility extends beyond Android devices. The Xiaomi Smart Band 11 works with iOS devices, broadening its appeal to iPhone users who previously might have been excluded from the ecosystem. For consumers in the United States, the device is not officially sold through local retailers. US buyers must rely on importing the unit via platforms like AliExpress or waiting for a potential official US release.
